Located in front of the Akamon gate along Route 43 of Nishinomiya Shrine, this famous restaurant is loved by men and women of all ages. I visited the noodles around 22:00, but it was a great success✨ The ramen with 3 thick slices of char siu on top was a very delicious soup with a sweet taste from the umami of the char siu and the sauce that melted into the soup. The curly noodles are entwined with the soup, and the sensation of the noodles dancing in your mouth ヽ( ´꒳`)ﾉ The char siu has a texture you've never had before, and the flavor of the meat is condensed and the fat melts in your mouth, making it the ultimate in bliss. The grilled rice with plenty of plump shrimp and chopped char siu goes great with the soup and disappears like a drink (*^^*) The grilled pork was covered with sweet sauce, and it was delicious when eaten with white-haired green onions. It was a volume enough to become a belly bread after a long time, but it was a very satisfying meal 💮 The grilled pork can be taken home or ordered, so I thought it would be an ant to make an exquisite grilled pork bowl with alcohol.
