Osaka, Japan｜Okamotoshoten

It was our first ramen with chicken broth and it was delicious, you can add chashu and what ever you want. Very reasonable prices. Kind stuff. And it was not hard to find it, just see the photo with the entrance. Close to Osaka castle.

Wanted to find somewhere to eat lunch before visiting the castle. The restaurant is situated essentially in the basement. The people are friendly and the food is excellent. I tried the pork ramen, and also shared some egg rolls, fried chicken & fried gyoza as sides.

I’ve been in Japan 9 days & have eaten a LOT of Ramen. The “tomato & spicy taste ramen” has by far had the best tasting broth I’ve had. Ever. Go here if you can & try it :)
