Zaru Soba & Oyakodon nice recommended, great service, local flavour

I found Gion Gonbei after a quick Google search in the best yakisoba restaurants in Gion area... And I was not disappointed!! I had a portion of Noppe Soba and they were absolutely delicious! Hands down, one of the best things I ate in Kyoto, the taste was so rich and you could feel the freshness of each ingredient. Amazing, I'll surely come back here when I visit Kyoto again! Kudos to the English menu and the polite staff, and the atmosphere is very cozy~ Totally recommended!!

Quite local experience. I have not tried this tipe of dishes before, so I liked. We went for lunch and it was enough. The soup had smokey flavor, so unusual.
