A restaurant that inherits the taste of Umeda Hagakure, a famous udon restaurant in Osaka. I was happy to be able to have that famous "raw soy sauce udon" again. The style of eating two noodles at a time without mixing them is still alive. Seasoned with soy sauce only. The udon is smooth and chewy. Simple yet deep flavor. I was surprised that the set rice was also very delicious. I will visit you again from time to time.

It seems that this restaurant is run by the last disciple of ``Umeda Hagakure,'' which popularized raw soy sauce udon in the Kansai region and closed down in 2018. Next time, I would definitely like to try the raw soy sauce udon. This time, I ordered the meatballs and yaku udon according to my preference. Both were very delicious. Thank you!

I went there for lunch. I received the raw soy sauce manpuku set. The tempura, egg, chikuwa, and pumpkin were all delicious. The quick rice was really delicious, and by the time I finished eating it, I felt full. It seems that they also have oden, so I would like to order that next time. Take-out is also possible, I have attached an image of the take-out menu.
