Day trip to Nara and this place for lunch is fast; you order with a vending machine with names, photos, you pay cash, you get your ticket and enter the restaurant. One thing important to avoid food waste is you can choose the portion S/M//L for the rice or udon! Very efficient service! All products are local and the udon home made👍

We tried seafood tempura udon, beef curry udon, beef don with udon as well as chicken tempura don. The last one is a surprise as the chicken is so juicy and tender with tempura crump on top. Excellent dish!! Spent around $2000 for four persons. Highly recommended!

Stopped by coincidentally and weren't disappointed! Food was super delicious, really big portions and was served fast. The owner was super friendly and explained everything in English to us which was a great help. Overall good service!
