Five stars all round! OK it's not fancy food and certainly not expensive but its delicious, simple and honest food If you like Vietnamese & Thai food this is a delightful change in Kyoto. Don't be put off by the decor or lack of it. There are notice boards on the wall are in Vietnamese & Thai but they have pictures of their food so easy to order. Only about 18 covers they also do take out. We had the set meals. We have had both Vietnamese and Thai food before in England and these compared very favourably.

I visit here everytime when I want to eat Tomyam. The taste is similar with Thai and portion is good. If you order set menu, you can get salad/dessert with cheap price.

Have been coming here for the past year, experienced different chefs and been impressed with the down-to-earth atmosphere, delicious flavors, and welcoming service. However, this week our meal was particularly well-prepared which included the fragrant minced pork salad, spicy satay vegetables with noodles, and gapao rice topped with a fried egg. After returning from our trip to Bangkok recently, appreciated the authentic and tasty cooking.
