It is Machi Chuka in Kosai-cho. (ФωФ) There are 3 parking spaces in front of the store. The inside of the store is small, but it is surprisingly large with 3 counter seats, 2 table seats, and 2 tatami mats. (ФωФ) There are 4 types of set menus on the lunch menu, but all are set of "noodles + rice", so it is a pity that you can only order a single item. This time I ordered "Yakisoba" and "Tenshinhan". It's basically a one-off operation, so it may take some time when it's crowded. (ФωФ) The ingredients of “Yakisoba” were quite light, like pork, cabbage, carrots, onions, long onions, and bean sprouts. (ﾟ∀ﾟ*) Tenshinhan had a little sourness in the bean paste and the thickness was a little light. It's a bit disappointing that the egg on top was a little overcooked or hardened. (ФωФ) However, the menu is abundant and it feels like a local Chinese restaurant that is loved by the locals, so I wonder what I should try next.
