Osaka, Japan｜おでん屋たけし なんば店

Visited in April '23. This is a shop I visited while looking for oden and radish stew. It is said that it is located in Nannan Town, but there are many people who do not know even if locals ask about Nannan Town, so you just have to go down to the 1st basement floor of Namba Station to find it. Unlike Korean fish cakes, the taste is very deep, so it is really good to have a beer. I couldn't eat much due to my busy schedule, but it was a good enough restaurant that I plan to visit again and try again.

An izakaya in Namba Station Nannan Town. Oden seems to be popular here, but this time we mainly had seafood. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy. The store clerk was also lively, and although it was crowded, I was able to drink stress-free without having to wait for food or drinks. Thank you for your meal❗

Takeshi's oden is said to be Kanto-style, The soup stock was excellent! It has a light and elegant taste, and is delicious enough to suit the tastes of people from the Kansai region! Depending on the ingredients, there are chicken dashi and ago dashi. The taste of radish, egg, and deep-fried tofu was the best! There are many kinds of ingredients, so I'm thinking of trying them in order again!
