Original takoyaki founded in 1933. Full of flavor without the need for any topping.

No tourist here, only Japanese Why? Because little do people know, this is the inventor of takoyaki So stop eating those sold along the streets of dotonbori The original takoyaki does not come with mayo or bonito flakes, u eat it just as it is This shop is located at the underground street...it takes some walking around to find this shop but it's definitely worth to find it because it tasted so much better than those sold outside that came with all sorts of stuff on top of it

The takoyaki here was really good. They serve a type that doesn't come with sauce or mayonnaise, so it was very light, which is perfect for me. The staff were friendly, and smiled a lot while we were there.
