Black coffee and fluffy pancakes with maple syrup, jazz on the stereo, friendly staff, and a beautiful old interior. This place is an 80-year-old family business. Some people seem to complain about the food (perhaps some of the fruit sandwiches are odd - the pancakes were excellent) but that’s not what you go there for. Solid coffee, and it’s quiet. Worth a visit.
