Outstanding tsukemen ramen. Noodles were perfectly cooked, broth was absolutely incredible. I got the soy sauce based bowl; So much flavor, savory and umami with just the slightest hint of sweetness. And the chunks of meat in the broth were delectable. Ask them to add a little garlic for perfection. Sugoi!

Simply yummy! Must try if you're in Kyoto. Unlike your typical ramen, the soup is served in a hot claypot and you dip the noodles in the soup. The noodles were cooked just right, al dente! It's so good, we went back before leaving Kyoto.
