Lived a minute away from this cafe for over a year, and I regret not visiting sooner. The space is lovely and relaxing, and less generic than I expected. Prices are reasonable. Morning sets (Monday thru Saturday) run til 11:30am and are a great deal (around 600 yen including a coffee). The tamago sando (egg sandwiches) are a nice light start to the day, though they're really enthusiastic with the mayonnaise. The cake sets are equally delicious and you get a 150yen discount off the drink.We had the banana caramel cake, the roasted strawberry tart, and the fruit tart. Everything was fresh and not too sweet at all. In this sleepy neighborhood, every table was busy through the early afternoon.

A diamond in the rough of a bland area, this is a well-laid out and light cafe with a good deep menu. We will be back to try the savouries and fruit juices but we had fruit soda-infused espressos which were flavorful and refreshing for a hot summer afternoon, and a couple of well-made and -served cakes. Will be working through the rest of that cake cabinet too 😉 Worth the walk down from Tennoji - a significant cut above the chain cafes that flood the area.

If you are looking to buy green beans to roast, this is the place. I tried various places on Amazon and Rakuten and eventually found this place to have the most consistently high quality beans I could find. If you don't get that 'fresh grass' smell from your green beans, you need to find a new seller. These guys are also fast and call to confirm if there are any issues. Great shop.
