great atmosphere, friendly staff, free flow of hot tea on a cold day, very affordable. i had the katsu don personally and it was DELICIOUS. OISHI.

2023/3/27 (Monday) Stopped by for lunch 🍴 I entered Nishizawa-ya, which was next to Nakasenbon and in front of Katsube Shrine. I was looking for a tourist spot and thought, ``The prices are high everywhere💦'', but I chose the ``Udon set meal ¥1,100 (tax included)'' which seemed reasonably priced ☝️ It came with several types of udon and soba, two pieces of persimmon leaf sushi, and a kudzu dessert💓 The udon noodles were delicious with a good dashi stock, and the portions were quite generous so I think it was a satisfying meal😋 Even though it was a Monday, there were a lot of customers, many of them inbound tourists, and it made me realize that the coronavirus is finally over.😅
