The 30 mins queue was totally worth it. We had the mixed fry (prawn, chicken, minced beef/pork, croquette) and beef fillet katsu. Everything was fried to perfection and was absolutely delicious. Must try if you're in the area! It's pretty close to the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art.

Absolutely delicious food and great staff. Unfortunately no English menu, but showing the review photos was perfect for ordering. Will definitely go here again.
