My local Japanese friend brought me to this place. When we were arriving, we have to queue up at the outside as the restaurant is fully occupied. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. After we got our place, they will serve you with a glass of water which they will usually refill when it was empty. The food was quite delicious. I do love the broth. You can choose the meat whether using the usual or premium one. You can also choose the toppings you want or you can use to eat your steak with the bread, salad, or seasonal soup. Definitely worth to try!

We met for dinner. I arrived at the last minute for the last order at 20:30, but they kindly accommodated me. The inside of the restaurant is stylish and spacious, and there is plenty of space between tables, so you can relax. I ordered the recommended menu for dinner, the stewed hamburger set. You can choose soup or salad, bread or rice. Considering the price, I would be happy if it came with both soup and salad... The stewed hamburger is served in a stylish Staub plate. I made it into a stew, and the rich and flavorful demi-glace sauce is really delicious! I ate it alternately with bread and really enjoyed it. Of course, the meaty hamburger steak was also very delicious.

I visited for lunch on 2023.10.13 around 11:45. Although it was a weekday afternoon, it didn't seem that crowded. Ordered a service lunch. On this day, I had panko-grilled chicken thighs with mushroom duxen sauce...it was really delicious. The sauce was great. This price is very satisfying as it also includes soup and an after-meal drink.
