When I arrived a little after opening time, the store was already full and there were three groups waiting in front of the store. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I was shown to my seat. The specialty dish of this restaurant is “Saint Germain” This is a dish in which a thinly stretched meat cutlet is coated with a bechamer sauce made with cheese, grilled into a gratin shape, and topped with plenty of demi-glace sauce. Since you can choose between beef and pork fillet, I chose pork fillet on this day. It's a visual that makes you think of meuniere for a moment. The sauce is so plentiful that it covers the bottom half of the plate, and the thinly spread pork tenderloin is extremely tender, and the breadcrumbs are crispy. Bechamer with cheese and demi-glace go great together and go well with rice. ``Garoniture is made with potatoes, Horen grass, and carrots'' and is the same as minced cutlet. The carrot glace has a strong cinnamon flavor.

On weekdays, it is near the university, so there may be many students. I went there at noon on Saturday, but by chance there were seats available so I didn't have to wait. It seems that the tongue stew is also excellent, so I will order the tongue stew next time.
