Uji, Kyoto, Japan｜Salon de The Consolateur

[Visited on 2022.11.13] Walking through the town of Uji in Kyoto, where the rain is pouring down. After walking along the Uji River for about 10 minutes, you will arrive at Cafe Consola. The inside of the store is tastefully arranged with antique furniture, making it very cozy. I sat by the window and watched the rain. I had an autumn leaves soda. It has a beautiful gradation of orange, yellow, green, and blue. It is a drink that you can enjoy while breaking the jelly. The scent of homemade yuzu was refreshing and nice. I also ordered Ringo Daisuki *Kumanoko parfait. Apple mousse, ice cream, fresh apples, jelly, granola, chantilly, caramel tea jelly, etc. are used. The parfait had a refreshing flavor overall due to the sweet and sour taste of the apples. ⁡

This is a stylish coffee shop located in a very quiet location. The margherita tartine made with homemade bread was delicious with a crunchy and chewy texture. When you break up the colorful jelly, the jewel soda sparkles and looks like a jewel! Contains fruit and is perfect for dessert (о´∀`о) The staff at the store were all very kind and I felt very relaxed.

We had lunch while looking at the Uji River. It was very delicious. The atmosphere was good and I was able to relax.
