More Comments at Google MapIt's really delicious to feel the commitment to each dish! Looking at the menu makes me want to eat this and that! The freshly baked basque cheesecake is rich and creamy and can be eaten in an instant! There are also terrace seats and second floor seats, so it is recommended because it is a cafe where you can spend a leisurely time ♪
A hideaway cafe in Kumiyama, “factory & cafe soleil” offers lunch with plenty of vegetables and a variety of sweets. I received pudding and freshly baked basque cheesecake✨ Freshly baked basque cheesecake takes 20 minutes, but it's really delicious. It's irresistible to eat it hot and fresh from the oven, and the soufflé-like texture and melty texture inside are exquisite! You can choose between large and small sizes. (It's too delicious, so I recommend a large one🤣) The pudding has a nostalgic texture and a good balance of bittersweet caramel and pudding. Cafe latte is happy to offer latte art 💕 It's like a hideout, and the inside of the store has a relaxing atmosphere. It was my favorite shop. Pets are allowed on the covered terrace seats. ・Cafe latte ¥650 ・Pudding ¥350 ・Freshly Baked Basque Cheesecake Small ¥450
Although it faces Route 1, the entrance is on the corner of the park on the road side, and the exterior of the shop has a natural taste and is very nice. The inside of the shop was almost full in the afternoon on weekdays. I was guided to the second floor seat and had a relaxing time. And then I had a salad lunch~ On a large plate with a heaping amount of chisha greens and herbs, pickled carrots, fruits, and bacon were moderately topped, and chicken ham with a strong presence was delicious. The citrus dressing was very delicious, but the sourness became spicy towards the end. A drizzle of olive oil softened it up a bit. And the croissants were so delicious that when I asked the staff, I was told that the chef here made them! There were many other baked sweets, but I'm sure they will be delicious. Unfortunately, the set soup and coffee were not very hot. But I would definitely go again. Thank you for the meal.
