Kyoto, Japan｜Kikushin Coffee

Found this place by chance amid in rain. The place is small but chic, with an style in the residential area. We tried the toasts, ice cream and it was super good. Whereas the coffee was freshly grounded and made with siphon, very good and nothing fancy, what an cozy cafe I definitely will visit again when I am in Kyoto.

Such an amazing cafe to be in the middle of the tourist traps and maintain such a beautiful and quiet atmosphere. Definetily a place to come and relax, think, read. I went to blue bottle, Starbucks, and % nearby and here was my favourites

Small hole-in-the-wall type coffee place that seats a handful of people. They offer a light, a medium, and a dark roast. Coffee is brewed using a siphon, a method you don’t encounter that often at cafes which makes this place stand out somewhat. We’ll worth a visit if you’re just looking for a small quiet place to enjoy a good cup of coffee.
