Kyoto, Japan｜Togenkyo

I was looking for a place to work as it is too busy at the place where I stay. The coffee is great, they have an English menu and the place is tranquil. I stayed for about 3 hours and had 2 coffees and an Omu-Rice. I could use the wifi and the power but always asked politely beforehand. Keeping things fair.

This place was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Amazing vibes with the craft coffee making and old school decor and music playing. Service is friendly and relaxed. Don't come in a hurry. Come to hang out for a while and enjoy the experience. We had the curry and omurice with a couple drinks for dinner. The food was excellent and very affordable. We're already planning to return for breakfast during our stay in Kyoto.

This place reminds me of the anime rokuhoudou yotsuiro biyori! It have a really nice nostalgic feel and it is also open for long hours! There is also English menus!!! So do ask! Great for studying, doing work or a place to relax. With nice music played in the back ground and also charging point at almost every seat will make you feel welcome. The food is really tasty and I will recommend you to try their hamburger sandwich set and omurice!
