Kyoto, Japan｜Ueshima Coffee House - Kawaramachi

Stopped for a quick break and had milk coffee and apple pie. The service was fast and the atmosphere was pretty chill. I went around 5 but there was no crowd. It's a bit on the expensive side for a cafe but it's worth the the price.

It's everything a coffee shop should be. Intimate yet cold and lonely. It's place to read a book, work without no one to bother you, listen jazz and smoke a cigarette. A place of a kind.

Was a great traditional coffee shop with great sofa seats (hard to find in the middle of the city) and good coffee and cake. Wished that they didn't call the earl grey brownie that as it wasn't really a brownie but more of a chocolate cake with earl grey cream.
