Great and comfy place, opens at 9 which is really convenient here. Chicken and avocado sandwich my favorite, waffles as well . Good coffee and friendly staff. Home made ginger ale is delicious !! You have to try it. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing staff, the avocado and chicken sandwiches are to die for and so are the drinks. The avocado in my sandwich was a little hard this morning but that’s literally my only complaint
