One of the most favorite private coffee shop is at Higashi-Umeda around Taiyuji, Akaneya is calm and stable with long history, all the services are done by an elderly female owner alone. The flavor and taste of specially blended one is outstandingly good because some double amount of powder is applied for every cup. So appreciate this coffee shop as No.1 at Osaka! Toilet OK. Only Tuesday closed. Try special coffee, no disappointment I prove!

I've been going here for 8 years. If you like coffee with a strong flavor, be sure to stop by. I have traveled and been on business trips so often that I have nowhere else to go to Kansai, but I make sure to visit here at least once a year to have a cup of coffee. It was really difficult during the corona period because I couldn't go even if I wanted to. You can smoke in the cafe. Please note that there are only counter seats.
