It feels like a good old pure cafe in the Showa era, and it's comfortable. Smoking is allowed.

Both food and drink were delicious!

The table says smoking is allowed, so if you can't, be sure to check. It's not an area where all seats are non-smoking, so... The best coffee. Hot cakes are also delicious! It's great because you can smoke too.
