Ibaraki, Osaka, Japan｜BONO cafe

I went there without knowing it, but it is a rare shop that mainly sells ingredients in the northern part of Ibaraki City. I also feel that it is good that you are practicing local production for local consumption. The northern region is far from urban areas and is full of nature, with large temperature differences, so you can expect agricultural products that are different from those in the plains. It was actually very delicious and there was a lot of volume. I also really like the atmosphere. I will go again.

I visited for the first time in about three years. You can enjoy the taste of the ingredients, and I think the heartfelt dishes are attractive. This time I had a chocolate terrine and tofu soufflé. The tofu soufflé has a light taste... I couldn't forget the cheesecake I had last time, so I bought it at the hall this time (^^) It's a popular restaurant, so I think it's better to make a reservation in advance!

We had the BONO set meal, which is mainly made of pesticide-free and reduced pesticide vegetables from Ibaraki. Each dish has its own flavor accent, and there are many items, so it was a well-balanced lunch after a long time. For dessert, Montblanc parfait with cream using red cheeks. Amezaiku in the shape of flowers is also brilliant! It's shining. I took home "rich baked pudding" and "white tofu cheesecake" in a cute small bottle. Rich but not sweet, I want to eat another one! It was so delicious that I thought it was. The staff was very friendly and the store was comfortable and warm.
