I often do takeout on holidays. The customer service is good and the iced coffee is delicious. You can spend sunny days on the terrace.

I used it during work and ordered an iced coffee. Second drinks and refills are cheaper. There aren't many dedicated parking lots, as they are shared by the facility's stores, but we were able to park for free.

The sandwiches are always delicious. Pancakes don't work like this at home. I thought, "This is a real pancake!" It's an important place in the neighborhood, and the atmosphere here gives off a sense of smartness from both the generations of masters and the store's staff.
