I received Honduras. It had a great balance of sourness and bitterness, and was very fresh and refreshing without any unpleasant tastes. It's a roastery, so I'm happy to be able to buy fresh coffee beans. We only handle specialty coffee, so you can purchase top-class, high-quality coffee at a reasonable price. I'm glad that the parking lot is also free. The owner's coffee qualifications and certificates of high scores are displayed. The explanations of the beans are easy to understand and detailed, and you can purchase about 6 types of single-origin beans and blends. I thought it was great that they sell freshly roasted beans (the roast date was 2 days ago) at a reasonable price for specialty beans. I would also like to try other types. The inside of the store is also a nice space, clean and stylish, and in a good way, it's not overly unique or stuffy, but it's very easy to enter. The owner has the atmosphere of a craftsman, and he didn't seem like he was pushing hard to sell beans, and he quietly responded to the pace that I chose.
