More Comments at Google MapThis super cute café was on my way home after registering with a new doctor. A very sweet little place tucked away amidst all the paddy fields and industrial farm buildings. Light colours, relaxing Hisaishi Joe music and a kind of regency-meets-rustic aesthetic - very cosy. While not cheap, I very much enjoyed the food. Light but satisfying. The bread was the best I've had in Japan, even compared with expensive restaurants in Shinjuku. The salad was delicious and while I don't usually order gratin, this one was well-balanced. The parfait and coffee were also very cute. The focus of the menu was on 'Namafu', a kind of stodgy gluten cake that was in everything - the soup, the salad, even the parfait. It was a little like a squishier gnocchi. Not something I'd seek out in other restaurants but fun to have served so many different ways. Eating here was a pleasure. I'm not sure they have many male patrons and you might feel out of place if you're insecure in your masculinity. But that probably isn't a surprise given that it's called Fuwarin, lol. It's close to my new house so I'll probably come again.
The pudding 🍮 is so good!! ️ Not too sweet but rich! ️ Personally, it's delicious in the past! ️ It's a gluten specialty store, and the shop is small and cute country style, and you need to make a reservation for about 3 tables and 2 terraces in the store. ️ Carpaccio of wheat gluten, dengaku, mitarashi-style dumplings 🍡 and even rusk ❗️ Even if you put the gluten you bought back in miso soup, it won't fall apart, it won't melt and won't break ❗️ The concept of gluten will change ❗️
I wonder if the shop owner is full of a very kind atmosphere... It's a very nice space where that kindness is reflected in the whole shop. The cafe and French toast-style wheat gluten served there were fluffy and exceptional. The wheat gluten skewers were also chewy and irresistible ♡ I want to go again⭐️
