More Comments at Google MapI've been wondering about this for a long time and finally got to visit. I don't know much about the taste of coffee, but It was delicious. The price is reasonable and good.
I happened to be passing by and the simple sign caught my eye and I entered the store. The inside of the store is very clean, but it's not too formal and has a nice sense of relief. There are 8 seats, but they are very spacious. A very classy person guided us carefully. For hot coffee (450 yen), you can choose your favorite beans from the store. Since it was my first time, I tried the original blend and I chose the beans that interested me. Use a press pot to make it a little more generous. The original Hirajoyama blend seems to go well with milk. A mellow, gentle, easy-to-drink taste. The other one is also very easy to drink and has a slightly more sour taste than the first one. I'm so glad I stopped by! It was so delicious that you can't believe it. Cookies with tea are 100 yen. It looks like you can also take out coffee. (400 yen) It was a store that I would definitely like to visit again.
I wasn't satisfied with the weak Guatemala I had at another restaurant the day before, so I went to Sawada Coffee and had a medium-dark roast Guatemala in search of a delicious coffee. Below are my amateur impressions. When I put the Guatemala in my mouth, the first wave gave me a moderate amount of bitterness and depth, then the second wave gave me a sweetness that spread throughout my mouth, and at the end, I was left with the flavor of the bean itself. What's more, the flavor lingered for a long time, and it was a wonderful coffee experience with a long-lasting relaxing feeling. I brought home some Brazilian medium-dark roasted coffee beans and drank them right away, and had the same experience as above. I knew about the existence of Sawada Coffee, but I had been hesitant to enter the store because the minimalist exterior that set it apart from the outside world gave me the impression that it was aimed at enthusiasts, but I wanted to try some delicious coffee. This time, I decided to take the plunge and ask for help. The actual interior of the store is bright and clean, the owner is gentle, and it's a relaxing space with light jazz music. It completely overturned my previous image of an athletic club.
