Very good service and staff patiently explained with a sign that the mochi needed to be refrigerated. They gave us some cool pack too. The mochi were very delicious, not too sweet and melted in my mouth immediately.

The Japanese chestnut shaved ice was surprisingly rich and delicious! Matcha shaved ice was good too. Staff was very friendly and attentive, and there were English menus available.

The little one was sleeping and we wanted a break from walking. As a matcha fan, I have to say this place serves some badass matcha. Pretty affordable and I would recommend the pudding and hot green tea. The mochi balls somewhat did wow me but the difference in flavor was too subtle to differentiate from one another. Nonetheless good to try. Service as usual was good in Japan.
