Wonderful surprise. Michelin recommended. Delicate cold soba with baby shrimp tempura. Easy meal in a town hard to find a quick quality fix. Reasonable at 1500 yen

I found Senkaku to be very authentic Japanese food. The soba was wonderful and about midway through our meal they brought out a pot of the liquid from the soba noodles which are made fresh. I would go back.

Lovely food especially the tiny shrimps tempura! Also moderately priced. Great lunch spot if you’re walking in the area sightseeing- authentic feel, not touristy. Worth a try for sure!
