Really fresh soba prepared in front of you. Lovely. We didn't know and expected it to be cold, though. But fantastic!

This time I asked for a side dish of duck zaru soba. They make the soba after you order. It was interesting because you don't get to see the soba coming out of the machine. The duck soup was also very delicious, and the lemon olive oil and Japanese pepper that the shopkeeper provided as a condiment made it even more delicious!

Although the appearance, interior design, and atmosphere of the owner are far from what you would expect from a soba restaurant, the soba served is very delicious and unique. It's surprisingly strong. This is my first time having soba with such a chewy texture. It's chewy, but not hard at all. This is a very unique soba.
