Hankyu Soba changed to Wakana Soba Juso. I often used it before going to work for help at my senior's shop in Nishinomiya Garden. Hankyu soba had lost its taste in Oita, but I'm glad it was improved on behalf of Wakana. The Nishikyogoku store has lost its taste again, but the Juso store is still alive 😋

Wakana Soba Juso Eki makes you think that the phrase "doesn't disappoint" is a word meant for restaurants like this. They seem to have captured the needs of a certain demographic by being able to watch trains while eating. I've been using Hankyu Soba for decades since the days when it was called Hankyu Soba, and I feel like Hankyu is truly a company that has been able to ride the wave of the times, including support for electronic money payments. On this day, I had the Chicken Tendon Soba set meal. As someone who prefers lighter flavors, I was happy that the chicken tempura bowl came with a separate sauce. Stir the soba with soba soup and enjoy the simple chicken tempura without sauce. This blissful routine will definitely help you work hard at work in the afternoon (actually, I did).
