Draft beer x 2 ・Spicy grated radish soba ・Oyster tempura 2,950 yen @ hand-made soba Muraoka in Tsukamoto, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka [Well-known soba restaurant] There is a famous soba restaurant in Tsukamoto that has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand consecutively from 2016 to 2019 (not selected for 2020 and 2021). It's been 14 months, but the calm atmosphere is still good. First order premol and oyster tempura. In a quiet shop with no BGM, only the sound of tempura oil exploding resounds. Although there were no guests, four reserved customers soon entered the table. When I was picking up the accompanying white sauce, the tempura was served in a little over 3 minutes. The batter is crispy and fragrant, and the oyster meat has a soft, raw texture. Salt the freshly fried batter. After all, winter is oysters. I used to eat zaru soba, but I found grated soba on the menu that I fell in love with in Hokuriku. It wasn't a grated radish, but it was a thick Kanto-style bonito soup with spicy radish and green onion as condiments. Boiled and drained perfectly. After enjoying the soba-yu (buckwheat soup) served at just the right time, I left the store. When I was looking for Echizen grated soba, I found it here in my hometown, and it was dark under the lighthouse.
Sweet potato tempura is very delicious. The sweet potato is sweet and the outside is crispy.
