First visit. I used to go there often when I lived in Tokyo. I found a shop near my home because I couldn't go to the top noodle shop on Kitchen Street in Tokyo Station, which had been closed due to construction on Kitchen Street. This shop is full of shark fins. The difference between the shark fin noodles was that they were served in a bowl rather than in a clay pot, and they were very delicious!The taste was a bit sweet, perhaps Kyoto-style? Kyoto is amazing to have such good stores nearby.

"Shark's fin ankake rice" is 1800 yen (excluding tax), which is a little extravagant for lunch, but it was piping hot and excellent. It is a counter-centered shop, and the calm atmosphere is also good. Reservation required.

I think it's a hidden (?) famous restaurant. A friend who lives in Kyoto took me out for lunch, which is how I got to know about this restaurant. Shark fin ramen and shark fin rice, the amount of shark fin is amazing. The interior of the restaurant is a mix of Japanese and Western styles, and I wonder if that is also Kyoto-style. I'm sorry, but it's not a friendly store, but I think the taste is excellent. If you are a first time visitor, please muster up your courage and try to pass through the noren. You will feel happy.
