Kyoto, Japan｜Tohka Saikan - Main Shop

Very famous and old Chinese restaurant in Kyoto. The dishes are authentic and delicious but a little bit expensive. Anyway the view from the table is so nice and the building has been built about 90years ago, so you may not regret.

The course menu was a great way to authentic Chinese high end cuisine. Everything was great but definitely go with an empty stomach cause it's gonna take a lot of room to get through all the courses.

There is a staircase going down the bridge. It was refreshing there. A lot of people sitting by the riverbank enjoying the cool breeze. There is a path along the river that is suitable for walking and bicycle. Surprisingly, we saw a group of ducks and big fish in the river under the bridge. >> Recommended.
