Visited Chef Tahara's seat at Hinotori. Chef Tahara is currently training at Hinotori, where he does delicate work with gentle Chinese cuisine. My favorite dish of the day was definitely the 8 appetizers. This time we had Shaoxing wine and white wine. The food is so gentle that you can drink more and more.

This is a famous Chinese restaurant in Osaka that is no longer accepting new reservations. We can serve course meals. The overwhelming quality and cost performance are amazing. ꒰* ॢꈍ◡ꈍ ॢ꒱.*˚‧I enjoy it every time. There are many variations of the dessert that comes out at the end, and I'm secretly looking forward to it. Thank you as always and thank you for the meal♪
