Osaka, Japan｜Toku China

Such a peculiar experience, a Chinese restaurant run by a Japanese chef, seemingly. The chicken was so soft and succulent and the foods had this unique mix of Chinese and Japanese flavours. We loved eating here and would recommend it to everybody willing to try how Japanese interpret Chinese dishes.

The area around Nishitanabe Station on the Midosuji Line has a large population and many delicious privately owned restaurants. No matter what you eat at this restaurant, it's as delicious as you'd expect, and you can enjoy it without worrying too much about the price. The mapo tofu is served on an iron plate, but as a drinker, the sautéed intestines that are lightly fried before serving are a great starter and are recommended.
