I randomly stumbled across this place while walking around aimlessly looking for dinner very late. Thankfully they were open and the host is so kind, welcoming and helpful. The food is spectacular! Probably one of the tastiest Chinese food I've eaten in Japan. It was so good that I had to go back a second time
