I enjoyed it. It was delicious!! Hahaha, they didn't provide rice for the mapo tofu, so I added rice and it was the best! The seafood dish had a good fire flavor, so I felt like it was Chinese food :) It was until 12 o'clock, so I went late in the evening and ate it comfortably. I recommend it to those who want a glass of draft beer haha.

``Hello, this is Fried Rice Hayashi. I'm going to make you bald.'' I came here after seeing the YouTube channel ``Fried Rice Hayashi'' run by Ken Hayashi of the comedy duo Gallop. I couldn't help but be curious about the scalloped fried rice that was featured in the video, so I ordered it without even looking at the menu as soon as I entered the restaurant. I realized now that I'm a regular customer... The sound of the wok shaking from the kitchen whetted my appetite, and just as I was fighting off a stomach bug, the scalloped fried rice arrived. The rice was well-fried and glossy with oil and looked shiny, and despite the simple ingredients of eggs, green onions, and scallops, it was very fragrant and stimulated my appetite. In addition to the amount of scallops, they were also a good size and very filling. Also, although the ingredients were simple, I felt that it had a simple flavor that brought out the goodness of the ingredients while still having depth. Even though I'm an idiot, I knew that no matter how much I used the same ingredients at home, I couldn't achieve the same taste. The fried rice soup also had a gentle taste based on soy sauce, and it was a healer that soothed the mouth that was stuffed with fried rice. I think that the 1,000 yen price makes people think, ``Why don't we raise the price even more?'' considering the head chef's background and the atmosphere of the restaurant. I was like that (lol) If you want to eat Chinese food or fried rice in Nihonbashi, Osaka, this is definitely the best place! Thank you for the delicious fried rice! Thank you for the meal! 🙏

I finally met the real dandan noodles. Deep umami and sesame richness and spiciness. Delicious. The fried rice was also crispy and light, which was great!!
