Today we had dried sea cucumber and stewed shrimp roe, Sichuan bubble cabbage (homemade lactic acid fermented pickles), and spicy cashew nuts. The dried sea cucumber had a great balance with the deep flavor of the chicken soup that took 8 hours to prepare, and the shrimp roe provided a nice accent. The Sichuan foam cabbage also had just the right amount of sourness and I enjoyed drinking it. Even so, I am impressed by the time and effort put into preparing the food at this restaurant. [Additional note] 2023/9/30 I went to tell him that my father had passed away. They also worried about me when I went missing two years ago. Today, I had a fun meal with my classmates from junior high school. As always, we enjoyed delicious food and had a great time. thank you.

I had seen it introduced on TV and was curious about it as it was featured in Bib Gourmand. I visited for the "Sichuan Mapo Tofu Set Meal" (950 yen including tax), which is a limited lunch on Fridays and Saturdays. The interior of the store is rather bare or plain. The customer service was bland and the atmosphere was a bit unsettling. However, I think it is cleaner than a typical public restaurant. Mapo tofu is quite delicious. It's quite spicy, but it has a good balance of spiciness. No wonder it's so popular. Personally, I would have preferred a little more flavor, but the mapo tofu was satisfying enough.
