Nara, Japan｜toi Inshokuten

I had non veg thali with 2 curry option today. Both curries (mutton pepper fry and chicken) individually were one of the best I have had anywhere ever! All side items were to the tee. Highly recommended to folks craving desi food!

We didn't expect to have such great Indian food in Japan. These are Japanese folks who have learnt to cook Indian food to perfection. We ordered 2 chicken curry thali and it was fulfilling. It came with rasam, sambar, papad, Vada, coconut chutney and Mysore bun (sweet). Chicken curry was dhaba style and tasted great. The folks were also very polite and friendly, highly recommended if you are in Nara to try their place which is very close to the station.

What stood out about this place was both the excellent traditional Indian food, and the deep care for the food. Also, the mango lassi was incredible!
