It was delicious with the crispy skin accentuating the charcoal scent. Hitsumabushi is about 6 or 7 bowls. There's a lot of it, and the shredded seaweed and sauce make it very satisfying. There were also 6 pieces of pickled vegetables. It took a while for the food to come out, but they provided us with an extra pot of tea at a good time. Even the kids who had eaten their fill of it all said it was delicious and ate it all. It's a shame that the store doesn't have the feel of a famous restaurant, and I can't say it's nice, but the taste and quantity were good, so I didn't feel it was expensive. Personally, the low table made my legs feel uncomfortable, so I wish the tatami room had a sunken kotatsu style. The interior is pretty old-fashioned.

I was wondering if I could eat the sashimi with carp in it, but they changed it to tuna instead! ! thank you! ! The contents include rice, Kimosui, eel, steamed egg custard, pickles, fruit, and sashimi. The eel was brown and fragrant and very delicious! ! Very satisfied! ! Thank you for the meal!

Hitsumabushi is delicious! The eel is crispy and fragrant, and the soup has a calming taste. We will definitely go again!
