Maido Ookini Shokudo Higashinada Shokudo. 1-5-11 Mikagezuka-cho, Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. This location is conveniently located by car. The parking lot is large, but it gets full at noon and you may have to wait. It's a system where you pick out the side dishes on a tray yourself, and first you order the standard dashimaki omelet and have it grilled. Then, I put my favorite side dishes on the tray, and finally I order rice and soup and pay the bill. Shortly after taking your seat, you will be served freshly baked dashi rolled eggs, which you can enjoy piping hot. When you're hungry, you tend to try different side dishes and end up overeating.
