More Comments at Google MapIf you’re looking for a non-all-you-can-eat yakiniku place with better meat quality and non-rushed dining, this is a great place! Situated on the southern side of Dotombori facing Sennichimae Blvd, it’s an easily accessible and very convenient location. As you already know, yakiniku has its roots in the Korean community of Japan. It’s basically Korean BBQ that Japanese food culture has slightly tweaked, but Ajiyoshi is a place where it’s closer to its Korean-Japanese roots. I thought the food was great and the hospitality was excellent! My host and server were courteous, helpful, and hardworking. I would especially recommend the special large, bone-in kalbi (ジャンボ骨付きカルビ jumbo honetsuki kalbi). It’s the huge, long-slab-of-meat-attached variety that’s difficult to find these days, and it was very delicious, not to mention fun to grill! I also thought their cold noodle (冷麺 reimen) was very good. They told me that they hand make the noodles, and there aren’t too many places left that still do that. The noodles were al dente chewy as Korean cold noodles should be, and the broth was light and refreshing. Definitely give this place a try if you want to try something different than those AYCE places (which are still pretty decent for the price, but this is a different experience with finer quality meat). And you won’t feel rushed to leave after 90 minutes.
On Sundays, there is also a great value Yakiniku set meal for 1,100 yen, which is helpful. Side dishes such as simmered dishes and namul are also included, and you can have as many refills of rice as you like. The store is clean and air-conditioned. Weekday lunch includes coffee after the meal. P.S. I visited during the daytime on May 3rd, Golden Week Chunichi. The usual great value lunch offer was discontinued, but instead we received a hearty and great value platter. The fact that it comes with hormones and sausage also gets you excited.
I knew it was a long-established yakiniku restaurant, but I went to GoToEat for the first time. The taste is very delicious. The quality of meat is also different. It's different from Wancal ◯! And it's delicious no matter who eats it! You will understand. It may be unsatisfactory for young children who want a large amount, but for other people, 300g of meat will satisfy them! I definitely recommend Ajiyoshi. I want to go again!
