Osaka, Japan｜Ikkaku Shinsaibashi

I was underestimated this place and there roasted chicken when my friend recommended me (because the first choice of food in Japan for tourists is either beef or sashimi not a chicken). I suddenly regret after the frist bite because it extremely good! All the taste (some said it salty but I say it perfect taste to eat with rice), texture- crispy skin and soft +juicy inside), smell, and the cooking process is far beyond all of the other roasted chicken I ever had. Also the salad, I tried both house and ceasar salar with shredded chicken breast and both are good. Staff only speak a little English but no worry they have an English menu Overall the good here is excellent. This place open till late night and not so many people after 9pm. Enter the building and take the lift to 3rd floor. One of a must in Osaka

Excellent restaurant with excellent service! We both got the young chicken and it was juicy and tender, seasoning was perfect as well. We also got the chicken rice and ate it by dipping in the oil from the chicken (as recommended by other reviewers here) it was really good. Highly recommend for chicken lovers when visiting/staying in Osaka!

This is the 4th time we came back to this chicken restaurant. We ordered the young chicken, it is full of flavour and dipping the rice ball in the chicken oil is just heavenly.
