I went to Hegi Soba Murase because I heard that I could eat Hegi Soba, which originated in Niigata, in Honmachi. This is a place where you can enjoy Niigata's local cuisine, Hegi Soba, Tochio-age, and fresh fish. The Hegi Soba had a great atmosphere and I was intrigued just by its appearance. The food was very delicious and the customer service was very good.I would like to go again.
