All the dishes are delicious! You can feel that it is carefully made. All the staff members are very enthusiastic and it's a bright store. I would love to hear from you again. Thank you for the delicious food!
Kimotare is exquisite! A yakitori restaurant with a large red lantern that stands out is located about a 5-minute walk from the north exit (toward Nara Family) of Yamato-Saidaiji Station in Nara, just past the Akishino River traffic light. The name of the store, Shofu, is pronounced "Difuu". It's not an Okinawan restaurant. I've probably been here about 10 times now, including eating alone, and I always can't miss the grilled liver with sauce! The beer flows smoothly and fluffy. Other favorites include the hearts and bonjiri, all of which are skewered to a hearty volume, and you can feel the care taken in the grilling of each part. Also, the restaurant's most recommended local chicken thigh tataki is also delicious. Because of the chewy texture that is unique to free-range chicken, it feels like the light flavor comes after you. Therefore, it's best to pair it with alcoholic beverages with a strong aroma, such as potato shochu, plum wine, or red wine. When the restaurant first opened, there were times when the cooking time was a little slow and the timing of the food being served was inconsistent, but I think things have gotten much faster lately. By the way, I have fond memories of the store accommodating customers with strollers. Smoking is not allowed, so when I go with my family, I try to get to the first round early.
