A shop full of luxury. As the name implies, you can enjoy dishes made with fresh seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido. No menu. You can taste the ingredients that arrived that day in the most suitable way. So not only sushi, but also sashimi, simmered and sautéed dishes. Things that you can rarely taste even locally, let alone Kyoto, enter here. Even though it is such a restaurant, the staff are kind and talkative. . It would be nice to go there on a regular basis, but there is no doubt that you will go there with a special person on a special day.

This is a high class sushi restaurant. As the name suggests, Hokkaido ingredients are abundant and fresh. It's hard to eat such fresh northern delicacies such as star anise, sea urchin, and shishamo! ️

I visited the store before it moved. It was nice that it was open until late!
