We booked a reservation about two weeks ahead of our arrival and were not disappointed. In fact, our shabu shabu dinner proved to be a highlight of our culinary adventures across Japan. The restaurant occupies a cozy space with private rooms, perfect for an intimate meal. We chose the uni and wagyu shabu shabu set which delivered incredible ingredients and flavors. The sea urchin soup and wagyu beef were of notable quality and freshness. As we slowly swished the thinly sliced ingredients in the hot broth, they released their unadulterated flavors. The waitress was also patient in explaining the shabu shabu process, despite the language barrier. Beyond the ingredient quality, the set price represented great value for such an enjoyable, leisurely dining experience. The immersive atmosphere in our private room, fresh ingredients and sincerely attentive service all came together to create a very special shabu shabu experience. There is no question that this restaurant will remain at the top of my list for a return visit to Osaka. I highly recommend all shabu shabu and food lovers to splurge on themselves with a visit to this gem of a restaurant.
Ordered the set menu, which was delicious. Service was superb and the waitstaff used Google translate readily. We had a private area, and a good time was being had by all the customers. If you are an English speaker, just use Google translate. If you stick with the English menu, you will be disappointed (I think).
My boss at the company took me there. I had a course meal. Appetizer, sashimi, sea bream shabu, grilled meat, kamameshi, Was it tempura or dessert? With all-you-can-drink included, I ordered sushi a la carte at the end. So it was just under 10,000 yen per person. There's nothing wrong with the food. The soup stock is also delicious. The meat was also delicious. Especially the last sushi I ate, the boiled conger eel and medium fatty tuna, were exquisite. The room was private and had a calm atmosphere, so I was able to eat quietly. It can also be used for entertaining guests. For individuals, it is okay if you use it in a sunny place.
